Two ways to work with Atlas
Atlas Representation operates on a non-exclusive model by default. You keep working directly with brands, keep any other agencies you're signed with, and keep accepting independent opportunities. We simply add more sponsorships, negotiation firepower and support on top — without restricting anything you're already doing.
For creators who prefer a fully hands-off experience, we also offer exclusive management. Under that model Atlas becomes your dedicated management team and handles every sponsorship from start to finish: brand outreach, sponsorship sourcing, brand relationship management, campaign delivery, negotiation, contracts, commercial advice, pricing strategy, invoicing, payment tracking, administration, brand communication and long-term partnership development.
Both models are creator-first. Neither locks you into anything you haven't agreed in writing.
What creator management actually includes
Creator management is more than "getting brand deals." It's the layer of professional infrastructure around a full-time creator — inbound enquiry triage, rate cards, contracts, usage rights, invoicing, payment chasing, exclusivity windows within individual deals, and the strategic call of when to say no.
Atlas handles the commercial side end-to-end. You keep creative control; we make sure the deals coming in are priced fairly, structured properly and aligned with where you want your channel to be in twelve months.
